1. Eligibility This giveaway ("Promotion") is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Logicbroker, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Sponsor The Promotion is sponsored by Logicbroker, located at 521 5th Avenue, 17th Floor, New York, NY 10175 ("Sponsor").

3. Giveaway Period The Promotion begins on March 24, 2025 and ends on March 27, 2025 ("Promotion Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter Participants can enter the Promotion by submitting a card with their name and company. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.

5. Prize The winner will have the option to choose between Prize Option 1 – a MacBook Air valued at $999 or Prize Option 2 – Cash prize of $1,000. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted except by Sponsor.

6. Winner Selection & Notification The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries on March 27th at 12:30PM PT. The winner must be present with a Logicbroker Gear Sticker, to claim their prize. If you do not meet the drawing requirements, an alternate winner will be selected.

7. Publicity By participating, entrants agree to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information, lost or delayed entries, or any other errors beyond its control.

9. Limitation of Liability By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation or acceptance/use of the prize.

10. Governing Law This Promotion is governed by the laws of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New York.

11. Privacy Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.
